Walk description:

Country lanes, footpaths, estuary and woodland.

5 to 6 miles moderate walk going down to the estuary at Bere Ferrers where we'll have coffee and sit and ponder!   Then on towards Gnatham Farm, turning left up through Hole Wood to Well Farm probably having lunch  just before we get there. From Hole Farm walk up to the road, turn left then left again down a quiet lane past Shangri-la bungalow taking the next footpath on the right. Over fields, fps and quiet lanes back to the cars.  (Alternative lunch stop, if necessary, at the first field).

There's a climb through the woods up to Well Farm though not too strenuous.   Uneven tracks underfoot, expect mud in places and ups and downs.

Please bring a packed lunch, drinks and snacks.

Walking shoes or boots is recommended.    Sorry no dogs except registered assistant ones kept on a lead.   Non members £3.
